HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT
Newton theories are fast becoming outdated. This theory is being
replaced by the new non-linear quantum theory as supported by
Einstein, Stephen Hawkins, and recent books by Gary Zukav (The
Dancing Wu Li Masters, The Seat of the Soul) and Deepak Chopra
(Quantum Healing and his many other books).
Basic foundations of electronics came from the initial
investigations into biology. The early inventors such as Volta,
Ampere, Ohm and many others, tried to understand biology by coding
out the laws of electrical reactivity to make sense of it.
Royal Rife
Various scientists like Royal Rife (1900's) supported the theories
of electrical energy and wave patterns. Studies evaluating the
electrical properties of various compounds led to the conclusion
that each had its own wave pattern or resonant frequency. Each item
differed from the other in terms of its electrical properties.
Dr. Voll, 1950's
In the 1950's Dr. Rheinhold Voll was one of the pioneers of
electrical energy. Under the guidance of Dr. Voll, German
scientists expanded on these theories with numerous studies on the
"body electric". Electrical stimulus fast became an accepted method
of investigation and evaluation.
Further studies revealed that compounds could be manipulated or
distorted by subjecting them to alternating/oscillating electrical
patterns. In the same manner in which a high intensity pitch can
shatter a glass, pathogens resonating at specific frequencies could
be destroyed by increasing their resonant frequency amplitude.
Using the same principles healthy tissues could also be enhanced or
amplified.
As the potential health benefits of this new medicine began to be
realized, the medical field became divided. Some physicians saw how
electro-medicine could improve the face of world health. Still
others worried about the political and economic repercussions that
this could have. With political pressure, this technology was
forced underground despite the incredible results that were being
witnessed. The new approach threatened the old order with their
dogmatic belief systems. Those in power began to suppress this new
medicine. Those at the front of this new movement were subjected to
intense political pressure and even threats were made. Underground,
however, these studies continued. In the last 30 years incredible advances have been made in this field -- especially with the advance of the micro-computer chip. The old invasive methods are no longer necessary in many cases. The QXCI has been twenty years in the making as a noninvasive healing therapy. Many physicians around the world routinely use the QXCI in their medical practices. The Quantum System is changing the perception of health and medicine for the next millennia!
Energetic Medicine
An entirely new form of healing has come forward during the latter
half of the 20th Century. It bears no resemblance to traditional
medicine as practiced in the Western World, because it is not based
on biochemistry, on prescription drugs, on blood, on surgery or on
an invasive approach to healing. It is an entirely new paradigm
known as quantum bioresonance.
When Albert Einstein laid down the equivalence of matter and energy
in his famous formula, E=m(2, it opened up the parameters to see the
human system in a new dimension -- as an electromagnetic field. This
was an important step toward energetic medicine and understanding
the physics of the human body.
The new medical discipline that emerged from this brought new
possibilities for diagnosis and therapy that never existed before.
The old form of conventional medicine was based primarily on the
material level: what could be observed. It was also based on
necrology, the scientific study of dead bodies; and on in-vitro
studies with controlled experiments instead of real-life situations.
The new form of energetic medicine was based on an entirely new
premise: life-exchange information. Light years ahead of the old
approach, it is based on the principles of quantum energy. More
specifically, in bio-resonance therapy, this new science is based on
the electromagnetic oscillations of patients.
This area was pioneered by two German physicians, Dr. Voll, and Dr.
Morrell. They were assisted by two German physicists, Dr. Popps and
Dr. Mersmann. They determined that the healing process would be
infinitely more effective if they could use the patient's own
oscillations for healing, rather than trying to heal through
medications.
They were becoming aware that in the latter half of the 20th
century, the human immune system was becoming burdened by
environmental factors, and that the old approach to medicine was not
working so well. Toxins, pesticides, air pollution and automobile
emissions - all these factors were causing increased allergic
reactions and health deterioration, worldwide.
These doctors built a new instrument with which they could take the
patient's own oscillations, correct them, and subsequently give them
back to the patient. The results were amazing. They were able to
positively influence diseases and allergic reactions that were
formerly untreatable. With this advancement, they founded the most
accurate diagnosis and therapy system that the world had ever known.
It was based on correction of the human energy field through new
information. Some scientists referred to it as regulative medicine,
which is how the field is referred to in Europe.
They reasoned that the human body system was not looking for
chemical prescription drugs, or medicines, for correction. The body
was looking for new, or lost, information to heal itself.
With bio-resonance, the body is able to exchange information with
the instrument. It sends its electromagnetic signals to the
resonance machine, which absorbs them, corrects the body's
oscillations, and sends them back to the body.
For the first time the human organism, with its thousands of
different oscillations, was able to correct the frequencies of
specific cells. The correction is not done with biochemistry, as in
traditional medicine. The correction is accomplished through
biophysics and the sending and receiving of oscillations from the
instrument. There is a blueprint for perfect health which quantum
bio-resonance , or energetic medicine, is able to address and
rebalance.
Healthy cells and tissues radiate frequencies of a coherent nature.
Diseased cells and tissues radiate oscillations of a chaotic nature.
The resonance machine is able to correct chaotic oscillations and
turn them into a coherent integrated whole. When these corrections
are made on an energetic level, the body can go about healing itself
on a physical level.
In energetic medicine, the vibrations of the body are known as
physiological oscillations. The disharmonious oscillations are
called pathological, and have a disturbed, uneven flow. The
harmonious oscillations have an undisturbed, smooth flow. Quantum
bio-resonance thus removes disharmonious, disturbed oscillations
from the body and replaces them with harmonious, smooth-flow
oscillations.
In addition to correcting the patients' own oscillations, so they
can heal naturally, these doctors also recognized that they were
able to access and then correct imbalances with the vibrations of
other substances. They could find which substances were causing
allergic reactions, and correct them by harmonizing them with the
body. They discovered they could determine the vibration of each
specific part of the body and create an ampoule that would act as a
"tuning fork" to set that part of the body back to its correct
oscillation.
After the resonance system was developed, they determined that they
could eliminate disturbing elements from the system - toxins or
micro-organisms - by giving the patient the mirror image inversion
of the disharmonious element so that the two opposites would
neutralize one another. Thus, the disturbing element could be
liberated from the cell, tissue, or body system.
All of this could be done through physics instead of the invasive
medical method. This made the new system very clean and immediate.
This was a very big new breakthrough. This new, targeted liberation
enabled the body to free itself of disturbing, degenerative
frequencies.
Most important, bio-resonance healing enables the body to correct
chronic conditions. Physical health problems that were degenerative,
now could be corrected at their source. The new system even enables
a thorough preventive approach to health. The correction of
oscillations also slows the process of aging.
Electromagnetic oscillations are both information carriers and the
information itself -- at the very same time. Thus, with quantum
bio-resonance, oscillations of patients and substances, differences
between harmonic and disharmonic vibrations, inversion of
disharmonic oscillations - all these come together to create a
dynamic new form of therapy.
With energetic medicine, there is no serious healing crisis. The
only side effect that might occur is that the patient may experience
tiredness after the therapy while the body undergoes its healing
correction using its new information.
Resonance medicine and energetic healing is a dynamic new healing
paradigm for our times. In Europe, where this process has been
developing and growing for 25 years, since 1975, there are over
